Any persons using, reading, and/or purchasing products on this website agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms, conditions, and other applicable laws. By using this website, you agree that you are of legal age and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, and functionality, is the property of Infused Fragrances. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order. Any other use, including the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this site, is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Infused Fragrances.

2. Limitation of Liability

Infused Fragrances shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products, even if Infused Fragrances has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Refunds and Returns Policy

This section is governed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) of South Africa.

3.1 Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a 7-day “cooling-off” period from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and the nature of perfumery, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or tampered with.

3.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged via The Courier Guy or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours.
You must provide a clear photograph of the damaged item and the outer packaging (including the waybill).
We will coordinate a collection and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

3.3 Return Shipping & Fees

Change of Mind: For returns within the cooling-off period where there is no defect, the cost of the return courier fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Defective Goods: If the return is due to our error or damage in transit, we will cover all shipping costs.

3.4 Processing Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
“Sale” or “Clearance” items are generally non-refundable unless they are found to be defective.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Please read and understand our return policy before placing an order. These policies supersede all previous versions. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual product color, finish, and packaging may vary.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
